RD Catering was established in 1998 by Rupert Davies (pictured above, not the lobster). Rupert qualified, with distinction, at South Warwickshire College of Food. After gaining more experience in the trade he immigrated to South East Asia where he was the Western Chef for the Thai Royal Family. He then went on to be Exec Chef at Fauchon - Hong Kong.
Upon his return to the UK, RD Catering was launched and provided an invaluable service to many 5 Star Hotels and Country Houses. This included all areas of Service.
Our Staff :
We employ staff at all levels within the catering industry. Our payroll includes several full time chefs and approximately 20 waiting staff all with high levels of
experience and competence. Our Chefs all receive internal training to ensure they assist Rupert to perfection. Our Waiting and Service staff can operate on all levels from Family to Silver Service.
As our staff have worked together for many years, we are exceptionally proud of our ability to work as a team, therefore giving you, the customer, the confidence and security to relax and therefore enjoy your event.
